I purchased my used Subaru from Joseph back in December 2015, but Saturday, October 3rd was the first time that I had gone to their customer service department to get an oil change and tire rotation. In all honesty, I had gone to a quick lube shop for other oil changes and had not rotated my tires. I normally do not trust dealerships for oil changes or tire rotations because I believe that they are only in it for the money.  As this was the first Subaru that I purchased, I did not know that the car had a lock system on my lug nuts. What that means (for novice like myself) is that on each tire there is one lug nut that has a lock that you have to have a speciality key to remove. It helps deter theifs of your wheels. When asked for the key, I did not know that I suppose to have one or let alone knowing the location of one. Thus after looking through my car, the techs could not find the key.  After discussion with Doug Schmidt, Joseph took care of removing the old lug nuts and replacing with a new set with a key at no charge. So I wanted to make sure that everyone knows that Joseph stood by their service and the vehicles. They turned a potential bad situation (me never being able to remove my tires) into excellent experience!!! Furthermore, I have to say the customer service shown by Adam and the people in the service office was fantastic!!! As I was not able to bring the car in during work hours, they picked my car up at work and brought it back at no cost. Adam's professionalism in a time of frustration by me was more than exemplary. It is good to know that some companies still believe in great customer service. Some companies still believe in the old saying that customer is always right and that they are not trying to always take advantage of you.  It might cost me a little more, but I will pay the extra for friendly, conveniant, and awesome customer service that Joseph provided. It makes me want to come back to Joseph for my next car purchase and service appointments. I would recommend them to you as well.FREE Oil Changes!

One of the best car buying experiences I have had to date. After going above and beyond to get me the best financing, Justin Hopkins made it a point to come in on a Sunday and finalize my paperwork. He was also very professional and thorough about sitting down and explaining all of the functionality my new Subaru had to offer.
