The Crosstrek comes standard with a 2.0-liter engine that delivers 152 horsepower. However, the top trim levels will include a 2.5-liter engine that can produce up to 182 horsepower. Symmetrical All-Wheel Drive dramatically increases traction, as the system can send power to the wheels that need it most when it detects a loss of traction. You'll enjoy 8.7 inches of ground clearance on most trim levels of this new Subaru SUV, but the Wilderness trim sits 9.3 inches off the ground, which can come in handy on treks over rocky terrain.
The new Subaru Crosstrek can seat up to five people in its cabin, which is surprisingly roomy, given the Crosstrek's size. Durable and comfortable materials are present in the cabin, including fine cloth and leather. Its cargo space is also flexible thanks to having 40/60 split-folding rear seats. In total, the cabin offers as much as 55.3 cubic feet of cargo space.
