Subaru Loves the Earth and Wants You to as Well

Subaru is known for the way that it cares for the Earth. Even its vehicles are built in a U.S. assembly plant that is ISO 9001 certified, creates zero-landfill, and is named as a Backyard Wildlife Habitat by the National Wildlife Federation, but the Subaru Company takes it even further.

Subaru Supported Foundations

Besides taking the initiative in where and how they build their vehicles, Subaru also supports many different organizations. The following is just a few of the many foundations:

  • National Park Foundation
  • National Wildlife Federation
  • Leave No Trace
  • National Park Conservation Association

These organizations are doing amazing things for our planet and we are thrilled that Subaru is helping them accomplish their goals.

Nationwide Programs

Like the above picture shows, Subaru is dedicated to getting everyone involved in making and keeping our planet better. Their latest campaigns include: Business Recycling, Earth Day, Sea Otter Classic, Find Your Park, Butterfly Hero, and many more.

The Find Your Park campaign encourages everyone to get out of your house, find the parks around you, and help clean them up. It also was designed to inform people of how to enjoy your parks, but not destroy them. We should always remember to clean up after ourselves and haul out anything that we bring in.

The Butterfly Hero program wants to help our wildlife continue to thrive by making habitats for them to enjoy. The program has given schools their own habitats to use and learn from as well as participating dealerships.

Subaru Vehicles to Help With Subaru's Mission

Subaru also wants their cars to represent the green Earth that they are protecting. That's why they have built their vehicles, such as the Subaru Crosstrek, Impreza, and Legacy, to be as energy efficient as they can be.

Come and see how your local Subaru dealership, Joseph Subaru of Florence, helps support the Subaru Loves Earth mission. Our team would love to inform you of how you can help be a part of any Subaru campaign.
